A support page for peeps living with Bipolar Disorder, Brain fog, Anxiety & Depression by a Melbourne gal who has been battling these demons for 40 years. The more we talk about our "invisible" struggles, the more the stigmas will lift. They have to…………….. don't they? PLEASE SHARE MY BLOG, ADD YOUR COMMENTS & TELL US YOUR STORY..

Just a quickie today… I definitely have the *CBFs! It’s almost 2pm and I still feel like I could crawl back into bed for a snooze. But I have too much to do. And to be honest, I don’t want to give in to the grogginess and waste the day.

I have trouble writing a blog entry when I’m like this. My sentences feel disjointed and I really don’t know what I want to say. But this is a mental health blog and you guys are going to read about the good, the bad and the ugly! Today is not so much ugly as it is vague…

The weather here is overcast and cold. It affects my mood greatly, as I’m sure it does for most of us. I find my mental clarity wanting and I walk around in a bit of a daze. I start lots of things but finish none of them. I don’t feel up or down but somewhere in the middle, floating… I am one with the clouds.

Tell me how you’re feeling today. Do you suffer from brain fog? Do you have many vague days?

l spent 16 hours in bed on Saturday night/Sunday morning that’s how much CBf’d l was! l needed it it, l was just too mentally and physically exhausted and felt ill like l had the flu – l don’t, l was perfectly fine the next morning. I really don’t cope with these grey cold days at all.

There’s a fine line between mental illness, seasonal affective disorder (S.A.D.) and just plain mummy exhaustion isn’t there Dani! Hopefully we get some sunny days soon to lift our spirits and get our mojo back! xxx
